Lately I’ve received e-mails from some of you asking if I sell my cards. The answer is no, I don’t. To be completely honest, I wouldn’t know how to price them. Most of my work is given to family and close personal friends. Some pieces are kept for inspiration.
I’d like to share these sweet note cards with you and am offering them in a giveaway. I’m giving them away in pairs which means there will be two recipients. I’m not sure how to give them and would like suggestions from you. If you were to receive a pair, would you prefer one of each or two of the same color? To be eligible to receive the note cards all you have to do is leave a comment telling me if you were chosen by Random.org, which you would prefer. I’ll poll the results.
To increase your chances of being selected, you may leave one comment every day through Sunday (if you come back to comment daily to increase your chances, share with me what you plan to do with the cards if you win). Sunday evening on or before 9:00 p.m. EST I’ll announce the two recipients of my giveaway. These little note cards are perfect tags for bags, gifts or just to let someone special know you’re thinking of them. I think you’re going to love them!
I’ve included a picture of the entire set of cards. I was considering giving them all away in one giveaway, but thought it would be fun to have two winners. Spread the word to all your friends to come visit and leave a comment for a chance to receive a pair. Shopping links for the products used to complete these cards are provided at the bottom of this post under the heading “Supplies Used”.
I’m having a hard time deciding if I’d prefer to have two blues, two yellows or one of each. Mother’s Day is around the corner, wouldn’t one of the cards be so pretty on a Mother’s Day gift or attached to a bag with a gift inside! What do you think, would your mom like to have one of these sweet little note cards attached to her gift? This is the card that I’m giving my mom.
And one last thing before I go. I’ve received several comments and e-mails asking how I emboss the leaves so that it appears that they have dew drops on them. I’ll be back very soon with a tutorial to show you a very simple technique for realistic looking leaves . . . I think you’re going to be surprised and I think you’re going to laugh!!!
I can’t wait to read your comments to see what your preferences are and what you’ll do with the cards if you’re selected by Randon.org!
