Fan Card

Hi sweet friends! Popping in to wish you a wonderful weekend. It’s hot and sunny this morning in Tampa, I’m sure our summer storms will hit this afternoon as they have this past month. The storms bring relief from the heat, but much humidity .   .   . super bad hair days .   .   . LOL!

Today I have a sweet card to share that I had so much fun making. Hazel Freeman designed the pattern for the Association of Parchment Crafters members.

I love the soft pastel rainbow effect of the inner card. The design was relatively simple to work. I embossed the swirls and tiny leaves and added Prima flowers as accents.

Such a sweet card to give to a dear relative or friend, it’s appropriate for so many occasions. This is a perfect card for a beginner starting parchment craft, it covers the basics of tracing, embossing and cutting parchment paper.

I hope you’re all outside enjoying your weekend! Thank you so much for stoping by, I so appreciate your visits.

Happy Sunday Jerri, the hot and humid weather doesn’t seem to have affected your wonderful creativity. Another gorgeous card, I love the scalloped edge on this lovely fan card, and the vines and tiny flowers are exquisite. Stay cool my friend. Hugs, Eunice

Super pretty. Love the rainbow hues and the fabulous shape. We haven’t had much heat yet, which is unusual but we have had almost constant rain so it is damp here and there is lots of flooding – getting tired of it.

Jerri, this is so pretty. It’s not as complex as some of the other’s that you’ve shared, but it’s lovely in its relative simplicity. And that’s only in relation to some you’ve posted since there really isn’t anything simple about this! It’s a work of art!
